Quick and Easy Overnight Breakfast Oats.

If I could eat nothing but breakfast foods for the rest of my life, I think I would. It’s no surprise that the most important meal of the day is my favorite. But, unfortunately, I am a big lover of sleep and most mornings I do not have time to cook breakfast before leaving for school. That is why these quick and easy oats have become one of my go to meals for the breakfast time.

About the Meal.
This is approximately 300 calories, per serving.
This making will make two servings.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to make this, but keep in mind that it needs to stay in the fridge overnight.

What You’re Going to Need.
1 red organic Gala apple
1/4 cup of raisins
1 cup of yogurt
2/3 cup of non-fat milk
2/3 cup of quick or steel oats
1/2 ounce of Walnuts or Pecans or Almonds
(Splenda optional)

What You’re Going To Do.
This is so simple that you’re going to wish you made this a long time ago. All you do is cut up the apple and mix all of the ingredients together in a big mixing bowl. Then, you put the mixture into two separate bowls and stick it in the fridge. Just grab it, and a spoon, on your way out of the house in the morning.
