Quick and Easy Fish Taco Recipe!

6 Tilapia Fillets
Corn Tortillas
Shredded Mozzarella
Olive Oil
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Salt

 How to Prepare the Fish.
First, fill your pan with enough olive oil to cover the bottom of your pan. Add in the fish fillets while the stove is on medium. Add cayenne pepper and garlic salt on to the fish fillets. Let them cook for a few minutes before flipping them to cook the other side. Once the fish is almost fully cooked, use a spatula to shred the fillets into small pieces.

How to Prepare the Tortillas.
 In a different pan, add olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan before placing the tortillas into the oil. Make sure the stove is on high. After about 30 seconds, turn the tortilla over to fry the next side. After 30 more seconds, you can remove the tortillas and add in the fish and toppings.
