Homemade Chipotle Bowl!


Hello Everyone, I love love love chipotle. And recently I have been making an at home version which I am obsessed with. Not only is it super good but it is also healthy and you can make it  in the matter of minutes!

-Ingredients-
Beans and Rice
Celantro
Lime Juice
5 cups of water
Knorr Tomato
Chicken broth
Cayenne



Rice (instructions on pkg):
  When completed mix in celantro and lime juice 


Beans:
 Can of Pinto Beans (drained)
 Can of Spicy Black Beans (drained)
 Add 5 cups of water 
- Season with: -
   Knorr Tomato and chicken broth and Cayenne 
  Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 mins.


Serve in bowls: rice then beans, top with Greek yogurt, guacamole, jalapeƱos and mozzarella cheese.
